The tutoring platform that starts with the lesson.
Most tutoring software runs your back office. TutorDash runs that too, then adds the part that helps students learn: a worksheet builder, skill-by-skill tracking, and lesson reports written from your live sessions.
Built around what happens
in the lesson.
TutorDash handles scheduling, invoicing and payments like any tutoring tool. The difference shows up in the lesson itself: the worksheet you assign, the skills you track, and the report you send afterwards.
A real worksheet builder
Build digital worksheets with text, images and maths diagrams, or upload a PDF and let TutorDash split and tag it for you.
Every skill, mapped
Every question maps to one of the College Board's 8 domains, or your own taxonomy, so a 78% tells you exactly what to work on.
Lessons transcribed for you
Every lesson is transcribed automatically, so you can focus on teaching and listening instead of writing notes.
Reports that write themselves
Each transcript becomes a parent report, internal student notes and an admin summary, ready for you to check and send.
Homework you can actually see
Track who has started, how long they spent and when they last logged in, with streaks that keep students coming back.
Made for the SAT and ACT
Bluebook-style practice tests, College Board domains and score tracking out of the box. The platform fits any subject too.
Build it, share it, assign it, grade it.
Build digital worksheets with text, images and maths diagrams, or upload a PDF and let TutorDash split and tag it. Share a worksheet across the whole agency or one team, have tutors assign it to students, and watch every answer turn into skill metrics on its own.
- Build worksheets with text, images and maths diagrams (interactive diagrams coming soon)
- Or upload a PDF and have it split, tagged and auto-graded for you
- Tagged to the 8 College Board domains, or your own taxonomy
- Share a worksheet across the whole agency, or with specific tutors
- Tutors assign to a student or a cohort, and every result feeds skill metrics
- Step-by-step explanations on every question, in your own words
Teach the lesson. The report is already done.
Every lesson is transcribed automatically, so you can teach and listen instead of scribbling notes. Afterwards, the transcript becomes a parent report, internal student notes and an admin summary. Nothing sends until you sign off.
Walk in already knowing where to start.
Every question a student answers maps to a specific skill. The radar updates the moment a worksheet is submitted, so you reach the next session knowing which skills are solid and which need the time.
- Mastery ladder: Mastery · Proficient · Emerging · Needs Focus
- Per-skill heatmap across all 8 College Board domains
- Section-score projections updated each session
- Spaced review surfaces the right drills automatically
See the work between the lessons.
The lesson is one hour a week. The progress happens in the six days between. TutorDash shows you what each student actually did with the work you set, and how often they showed up to do it.
Completion you can see
Know who has finished, who has started and who has not opened the work yet, without sending a single chase-up text.
Time and timing
See how long a student spent on each assignment, when they sat down to do it, and how often they log in.
Streaks that stick
Vocabulary and assignment streaks turn daily practice into a habit, and students watch their own run build.
Built for the test, down to the last domain.
Most tutoring tools treat test prep like any other subject. TutorDash was built for the digital SAT and ACT first, so the tests, the scoring and the deadlines are already in the product.
Built-in Bluebook-style tests
Full-length digital SAT and ACT practice tests that look and feel like the real Bluebook app, so test day holds no surprises.
Score tracking over time
Section scores and projected totals plotted across every practice test, so improvement is something you can show a parent.
The 8 College Board domains
Every question ties back to an official domain, so a score breaks down into the exact skills behind it.
Test-date countdowns
Each student's registration and test dates sit on the dashboard, counting down from the day they start.
Deadline reminders
Automatic emails flag upcoming registration and test dates, so a missed deadline never costs a sitting.
SAT, ACT and SSAT
Switch a student between tests and the taxonomy, scoring and practice content follow.
Works with the tools you already use.
The call, the whiteboard, the worksheet and the payment sit in one window, so the student never loses focus partway through a lesson.
Google Calendar
Two-way sync. Lessons land on your calendar and reschedules flow back.
Google Meet
Start the video call from the lesson itself, alongside the worksheet and whiteboard.
Stripe
Invoices, subscriptions and card payments, so families pay you directly.
Whiteboard
A collaborative Excalidraw whiteboard built into the live lesson.
Desmos
The graphing calculator embedded right in worksheets, just like the digital SAT.
Maths typesetting
Equations render cleanly with KaTeX, and students type their own with MathLive.
Nobody has to chase anyone.
Lessons, homework, reports and invoices each have an email behind them. The right message reaches the right person at the right time, so your evenings go to teaching instead of typing reminders.

Questions tutors ask
before they switch.
How is TutorDash different from TutorCruncher?
TutorCruncher, like most tutoring platforms, is built around the back office: invoicing, payroll and CRM. TutorDash covers that too, but it starts from the lesson, with a worksheet builder, skill-by-skill mastery tracking, lesson transcription and reports. The teaching tools are the part you'll touch every session.
Is TutorDash only for SAT and ACT tutors?
It's built for the digital SAT and ACT first, so the question taxonomy, mastery model and reports are tuned to those tests out of the box. The platform itself is curriculum-agnostic, so you can bring your own skill mapping for general tutoring or any subject.
How accurate are the automatic lesson reports?
The transcript is verbatim. The report is drafted from it and pre-fills your template, so you review and edit before anything sends. TutorDash never sends a report without your sign-off.
Do students need to install anything?
No. Students get a link, sign in, and work in the browser. The assignment screen mirrors the digital SAT's Bluebook, so test day feels familiar.
Can I bring my existing worksheet library?
Yes. Upload your PDFs and the builder splits, tags and digitises them for you. Larger libraries can be imported in bulk.
Is student and parent data safe?
TutorDash is GDPR-aligned. Recordings and transcripts are encrypted, minors need parental consent before a lesson is recorded, and parents or students can request export or deletion at any time.
Your whole practice,
in one login.
The worksheet builder, the skill tracking, the lesson reports, the calendar and Stripe payments live in one place, so more of your evening goes to teaching and less to admin.
