Built by tutors,
for tutors.

TutorDash does scheduling, invoicing and payments like other tools — plus digital worksheets, skill analysis and intelligent lesson reports. Save time, surface insights, and raise teaching quality across your organisation.

Build custom worksheets with text, images and mathematical notation — or bring your existing PDFs and have them split into tagged, auto-graded digital assignments.

  • Maths notation, images & diagrams
  • Auto-graded, with time per question
  • Tagged to skills — SAT, ACT or your own

Full-length digital SAT and ACT practice tests with timed modules, scored the moment a student finishes — and tracked across every sitting.

  • The real test interface, timed modules
  • Score bands and superscore tracking
  • SAT, ACT and SSAT out of the box

Every answer feeds a mastery profile mapped to the College Board's 8 domains, the ACT taxonomy, or your own — so the next lesson starts exactly where it should.

  • Mapped to the College Board's 8 domains
  • Mastery → Needs Focus ladder
  • Feeds recommendations & lesson reports

See who has started, how long each question took, and when they last logged in — the week between lessons, finally visible.

  • Time spent, per question
  • Streaks and automatic reminders
  • Last log-in and study patterns

Each lesson becomes a parent report, a student recap and internal notes — drafted from the transcript and homework data, sent only when you approve.

  • Parent, student and internal versions
  • Grounded in real performance data
  • Nothing sends without your sign-off

Subject:Lesson report — Circle geometry

Hi Sarah — today Maya worked through 10 geometry questions on circles. She's now finding arc length from central angles confidently — the unit slips from last week are gone. Next session we'll start trig ratios; her practice set is attached.

Not taking notes.

Every lesson is (optionally) transcribed with automatic speaker separation and subject-specific term recognition. By the end of the lesson, the parent report, student recap and internal notes are drafted. Nothing sends until you sign off.

TUTORLet's look at question 14. What's the slope here?
MAYATwo-thirds?
TUTORClose — check the rise from (0, 1) to (3, −1).
MAYAOh, right — rise is −2. So the slope is −2/3. Got it.

What students say.

Real quotes from the first cohort — and the founder who tutors with it every week.

Founder

I built TutorDash because the admin around good tutoring — grading, tracking, reporting — was manual, confusing and time-consuming. This platform unifies the mechanics behind good teaching and data-driven score improvement.

It's so much easier to have all my work in one place.

My other tutors are so disorganised! It's so helpful to see exactly what we're working on and to keep track of my progress.

Questions tutors ask before they switch.

All questions

How is TutorDash different from TutorCruncher, TutorBird or Teachworks?

Like other tutoring platforms, TutorDash does the admin: billing, insights, payroll and CRM. But TutorDash is also a platform for teaching. The tutor/student layer generates real operational insight, demonstrates value to parents, and saves tutors' time — which is what retention is actually made of.

Is TutorDash only for SAT and ACT?

It's built for the digital SAT and ACT first, so the skill taxonomy, practice tests and score tracking work out of the box. The platform itself is curriculum-agnostic — bring your own skill mapping for any subject, and reach out if you'd like help setting one up.

How accurate are the automatic lesson reports?

The transcript is verbatim. The report is drafted from it alongside the skill-tracking data and previous reports, and you review and edit before anything sends. You can also tune the drafting prompts to your own style. TutorDash never sends a generated report without your explicit sign-off.

Do students need to install anything?

Nothing. Students open a link in the browser — worksheets, practice tests and the whiteboard all run in-app, and every lesson gets a Google Meet link on your calendar automatically.

Is student and parent data safe?

TutorDash is GDPR-aligned. Recordings and transcripts are encrypted, parental consent is required before a minor's lesson is transcribed, and agencies, parents or students can request the export or permanent deletion of their data at any time.

Focus on teaching. Let scheduling, billing, grading and reporting run themselves.
